We are recruiting for a Head of B2B Sales to join, lead and grow our existing team in Basingstoke, you'll be at the heart of our mission to simplify and enhance the parking experience for businesses across the United Kingdom. You will contribute and make an impact through:
Recruit, onboard, coach and lead sales team members - with a focus on inside sales but an overall responsibility for RingGo’s B2B customer base and its sales channels
Build a strong sales culture that aligns with our values: Be Curious, Play together, Inch by Inch.
Maximize our net growth in numbers and revenue by implementing effective sales strategies and initiatives and delivering on established KPIs
Ensure the usage of our CRM system, sales process, and methodology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate and contribute in the international sales team, consisting of sales managers from other European countries, as well as close collaboration to other Group functions

Proven track record in direct sales within a B2B context.

Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving growth and exploring new opportunities.
Fluency in both spoken and written English
