FP&A Analyst

We're looking for a driven and analytical FP&A Analyst to play a key role in supporting our UK operations.  You'll be more than just a numbers person – you'll be a strategic partner, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive performance, profitability, and innovation.


Key responsibilities:

  • Revenue reporting: Closely monitor changes in commercial rates and transaction volumes to ensure accurate billing and provide analysis to the Sales function regarding changes in contract profitability.

  • Variance analysis: Proactively analyze P&L variances, present results concisely, and assist in preparing monthly board packs.

  • Budgeting and forecasting: Provide support in the preparation and delivery of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.

  • Month-end reporting: Assist the Financial Control team with accrual bookings at the end of the month.

  • Cost management: Track key variable costs impacting the UK P&L.

  • Ad-hoc analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.

About you:

We don’t know you yet, but you might recognize yourself in the following:

  • Experience working within an FP&A environment.

  • Proficient in managing a full P&L, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.

  • A finance qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) or studying towards a finance qualification.

  • Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other Financial Reporting systems.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and communicate with people at all levels, including senior-level stakeholders.

  • A sharp eye for detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience working for a global organisation
