We are constantly working on expanding our customer base and are also pushing for a move from a tender model to open market. We are a very close knit team with a true open door policy.   • We sell a parking system to local authorities, councils and private operators so they can charge motorists for this service. We work with tenders to both win new and retain current business within this market. We also negotiate with local authorities around proposed changes and improvements to the local parking ecosystem and gather information on what the requirements are in different areas.

  • We alternate between selling and account management. We do both cold calling as well as making sure each client has a proper account with all their users registered. And of course potentially upselling to the rest of the organisation.



  • We look at growth and what share of the market we own. We also look at profitability in terms of margins and revenue and conversion rate to open market model which is a big thing for us. We also focus on soft skills such as communication, collaboration and other social skills.

  • The industry is constantly evolving so it is important to thrive in changing circumstances. Flexibility and open communication is key and we are also a very supportive and social group where collaboration is a priority.

  • That there is a whole ecosystem behind the service. To the operator it is being able to charge for the service and for the end user there is just paying for parking but on the backend there is a complexity of parking policies, parking systems and satisfying the differing demands between operators and end users. So it is important to understand that we are selling a solution, not a simple service.
